Chris Pelton

Christopher Pelton is a Sales Operations Manager and Zillow Team Lead at Frontgate Real Estate. He designs and optimizes the systems, processes, and infrastructure behind one of the company’s highest-volume lead channels. Over the past four years, he has built scalable workflows that help agents move efficiently from first contact to closed deals.

Raised in a household where Zig Ziglar and Jim Rohn were played just as often and just as loud as Elvis Presley and Jerry Reed, Christopher developed an early passion for discipline, communication, and high performance. After more than 15 years in broadcasting, where he honed his skills in audience engagement and message clarity, he transitioned into real estate operations and brought that same focus on clear, trust-building communication to agents and clients alike.

Christopher specializes in lead management, CRM optimization, and agent performance. He has implemented and refined platforms including Follow Up Boss, Zillow, and RealScout, improving response times, follow-up consistency, and conversion rates across the team. His approach turns inconsistent effort into structured, repeatable systems that deliver measurable results.

In addition to operations, he actively coaches and develops agents in a competitive, high-volume environment, emphasizing execution, efficiency, and effective communication.

Outside of work, Christopher enjoys composing music, reading by the fire (often in a fez, with a pipe and slippers), and spending time with his wife, Catherine, and their two dachshunds, Maisie and Franklin.
