There has been so much development coming to Calabasas recently, and the new community of Canyon Oaks is no exception. Canyon Oaks represents a new approach to planning which blends solid research with robust community outreach conducted to understand local land use wants and needs on 77 acres.
The end result is a plan that replaces the apartments, condos, commercial space, and nearly 1,000 parking spaces currently allowed on the property with a new gated enclave of spacious estate residences offering hillside views as well as a boutique-style hotel providing exquisite rooms and canyon-view suites, a tapas-style restaurant with a relaxing wine and craft beer lounge, meeting rooms, a fitness studio, and The Canyon Courtyard – an outdoor venue for sunset receptions and farm-to-table dinner parties.
