Rob: Sure, Jeff. The seller initially received an all-cash offer from an investor known as an iBuyer, but the investor tried to renegotiate the price while in escrow. After meeting with us for just an hour, the seller decided to put the home on the open market with our guidance. We managed to secure a price of $112,000 over the asking price, and the escrow process was incredibly smooth, closing in just 20 days.

Jeff: That’s impressive. What was our initial strategy after the seller decided to go with you and Rod and our team?
