Jeff: Welcome, Courtney! We're excited to share your journey with our community! How long have you been in the business?
Courtney: Thank you! I've been in the real estate business for about 10 years.
Jeff: Brilliant! Where are you originally from, and what brought you here?
Courtney: I'm originally from Connecticut. I grew up learning about real estate from a young age and also played competitive tennis. When I moved here, I launched my own fitness training business.
Jeff: We're lucky to have you! It sounds like you are a good multitasker! What areas do you work the most?
Courtney: In California, I primarily work in the Greater Los Angeles area, focusing on Calabasas and Westlake Village, but I am also licensed in Nevada and Arizona.
Jeff: The wider the net cast, the better the results! What would you say is your real estate superpower?
Courtney: I'd say my superpower is my impeccable timing! Combine that with my loyalty, and you've got everything you need. I'm a huge people-pleaser, which means I always strive to meet my clients' needs and ensure they are happy with the results.
Jeff: Timing is everything! So too, is family. Can you tell us about you and your family?
Courtney: Absolutely! I have a wonderful husband who has two incredible older daughters, and together, we have a beautiful 9-year-old daughter.
Jeff: That's wonderful! Does your lovely family include any pets?
Courtney: Sadly no, much to my daughter's disappointment!
Jeff: Maybe one day! What brought you to Frontgate Real Estate?
Courtney: I was looking for a team that I could grow with, one that offered the kind of support I needed–particularly in areas like marketing and administrative work, where I didn't always have the time to focus. I wanted to make sure I could continue growing my business without leaving gaps in the services I offer to my clients. This team really works well together and allows me to bring my best skills to help just like everyone else!
Jeff: Teamwork makes the dream work! What do you like about being on the team?
Courtney: The people! We have such a fun, supportive team, and everyone is willing to help each other out. I wouldn't be able to work with a team that had bland and boring personalities, and thankfully, that's not the case here! Being able to laugh and enjoy time with the people you work with is really important to me.
Jeff: On the topic of fun, we've got to know...What are three fun facts about you?
Courtney: Well, the list is always changing, but for now...
- I love making English muffins.
- I was on *WIPEOUT* and survived!
- I’m a big tennis player, and I'm active on ladies' tennis teams. In fact, our whole family plays tennis!

Courtney: Of course! Between my daily work and sharing information back and forth with our team, we are constantly learning from and elevating each other.
