Something Spooky Is Coming...
There’s something special about Halloween—the costumes, the excitement, the neighborhood traditions, and, of course, an excellent excuse to eat a little too much candy.
This October, we’re bringing all of that together for one of our favorite events of the year.
Frontgate Real Estate’s Annual Halloween Party returns on October 22, 2026, and we’re looking forward to welcoming our agents, clients, friends, and families for an afternoon of Halloween fun.
A Little Halloween Magic
One of the highlights of this year’s celebration will be a petting zoo, giving our youngest guests the chance to meet a few furry new friends. We have a feeling the grown-ups may love this one just as much.
We’ll also have a balloon artist joining the festivities and creating colorful designs for the kids to take home. Come prepared with your best request.
It wouldn’t be Halloween without candy. We’ll be passing out treats to our trick-or-treaters throughout the celebration, so bring your costumes, your candy bags, and your Halloween spirit.
More Than a Halloween Party
For us, this event has always been about more than costumes and candy.
Frontgate is built around relationships, and some of our favorite moments happen long after the keys have been handed over. Our annual Halloween celebration is an opportunity to bring together the clients, families, friends, and agents who make up our community and simply enjoy an afternoon together.
We love seeing familiar faces return each year—and watching the littlest members of our Frontgate family grow up along the way.
