Goodbye Fins, Hello Toureffile French Restaurant for Calabasas

Say farewell to Fins and hello to the modestly priced Toureffile. Whether you believe the name to be clever or a bit obvious, the distinctly French food seems to be receiving high marks. They sell the classics from Salmon Tartare, Escargots, Black Cod and Oyster Champagne Sabayon while offering a few different tasting menu options. Chef Thibaut Decosse and pastry chef Remi Juanchich team up to feature fine French options right in our Calabasas and Hidden Hills backyard.
