On Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., the City of Calabasas will break ground on a new 9,500 square foot, Gold LEED certified Senior Center to be built behind Calabasas City and Library.
The multi-use recreational facility will offer classes, activities and resources to support, enhance and encourage an active healthy lifestyle for active Calabasas seniors. The groundbreaking ceremony is free, and the public is encouraged to attend. The Senior Center is expected to open in July, 2016.
